Reserve time for the complete itinerary
Hourly hire has a three-hour minimum. Plan the reserved block from the first collection to the final drop-off, including meetings, meals and travel between stops. Sedan hourly service starts at $120 and SUV service at $150; Mercedes S-Class and Sprinter starting rates are $230 and $240. The booking form confirms the final price. A three-hour block is $360, $450, $690 or $720 at those published rates; extra time and itinerary-specific charges should be confirmed before booking.
Send each stop's address and expected duration. Mark the appointment times that cannot move, and say whether the chauffeur needs to remain available while you are inside. An airport arrival followed by meetings is a different itinerary from a downtown hotel pickup, even if both are requested for three hours. Include the likely baggage collection or arrival handoff when explaining the first part of the day.
Waiting does not mean parking at the entrance
In San Francisco, passenger loading zones are for active boarding. SFMTA says their posted hours and limits apply, and they are not intended for long-term parking. Agree where you will meet after each stop, then tell dispatch when you are ready for the car to approach. For Moscone or Chase Center, venue and event instructions can affect the available collection point.
If the itinerary expands to another city or the day runs beyond the reserved block, confirm the revised plan before proceeding. Keep the final destination and any flight deadline in view so flexibility does not remove the return buffer.
