FAQ

Questions, answered

How do I get a price for my trip?

Request a quote with your itinerary — addresses, times, passengers, flight numbers. Every trip is priced flat before you book, so the number you approve is the number you pay.

Is there surge pricing?

No. Quotes are fixed by itinerary. Rain, rush hour, and sold-out concerts do not change your confirmed price.

Which airports do you cover?

SFO, OAK, and SJC daily, in both directions, at all hours. Private aviation (FBO) transfers at SFO Signature, SQL, and PAO can also be arranged.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Arrivals are flight-tracked from departure, so your chauffeur’s timing adjusts automatically. Reasonable waiting after landing is built into airport pickups.

Can I book by the hour?

Yes. Hourly as-directed hire keeps the vehicle and chauffeur dedicated to you for a booked block — multi-stop days, events, and open itineraries.

What vehicle classes can you arrange?

Executive sedans, premium SUVs, and Sprinter vans. Dispatch matches the vehicle to your passenger count, luggage, and the shape of your day.

Do you offer corporate accounts?

Yes — consolidated billing, a dedicated coordination contact, and priority scheduling for organizations of any size.

How far in advance should I book?

A day ahead is comfortable for most trips. Same-day requests are often accommodated. Roadshows, multi-vehicle days, and peak-season events should book earlier.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation terms are confirmed with your quote and vary by trip type. Contact dispatch as early as possible if plans change.

Do you provide child seats?

Child and booster seats can be arranged with advance notice — mention ages when requesting your quote.

Check these details in your confirmation

Use the questions above as a starting point, then review the terms that apply to the reservation you receive. An airport pickup, a one-way city transfer, and an hourly meeting itinerary have different timing needs. Verify the exact addresses, local date and time, passenger contact, vehicle class, included waiting, and change process. A general answer on a website does not establish the final terms for your particular trip.

At SFO, the airport says terminal curbs are for active pickup and drop-off and vehicles cannot wait there. Passengers also cannot be met at the gate. Confirm where to meet after leaving the secure area and how to signal when bags are ready. Read the SFO pickup guide before the flight and use the meeting instructions on your reservation.

For vehicle fit, describe passengers and bags separately. Include requested child seats, mobility equipment, or other boarding needs in the initial request and confirm the arrangement in writing. For an hourly day, list every stop and the final return; for separate arrivals, say whether the group waits together or travels in different vehicles. See vehicle selection guidance and book online when you are ready to reserve your ride.
