The venue lists Moscone North, South and West, according to the Moscone Center event page. Microsoft lists Hub experiences at the Moscone Center campus from November 17 to 19 on its official event overview. In-person registration closes at 5:00 PM Pacific on Friday, November 13, according to the official Ignite FAQ.

Confirm the location of each session in Microsoft's official agenda before finalizing pickup times. Send the building, entrance and desired arrival time for each fixed session. Microsoft lists the November 17 opening keynote at Chase Center in its official Ignite security guide; include that venue as its own stop if it is on your agenda and reconfirm session locations before travel.

SFO and OAK to Moscone Center

Moscone pickup logistics

The official venue page lists Moscone North, South and West for Ignite. Agree a named pickup spot with dispatch the day before instead of deciding on the sidewalk. If your group is split across buildings, say which building each person will leave from and we will plan the stop around it.

Allow extra time when the conference is in session, build in a buffer for the first and last keynote days, and keep evening pickups loose enough that a running-over session does not cost you a dinner reservation.
